Hi I am 17 years old and I recently started taking Nitro-Tech. I weight 100 pounds (need to gain weight) I have been taking 2 serving a day. 1 scoop in 4 ounces of water for lunch, and 1 scoopy 4 ounces of water directly after the workout. Am I using enough of this product?

nitrotech is a protein powder. its not how much of the product that you take that makes the difference, its the total amount of protein in your diet, plus training and recovery that will determine your success.
