Good post, Evolution! A very good sticky. Lyle Mcdonald is a very good read, on many different subjects. He writes in a simple nature and makes the information easy to understand. Its a good start for new persons entering fitness, and starts them right. His information can assist persons not so new, as well.

Thanks. I agree. I use a lot of his stuff in combination with other nutrition classes at the university I've taken when lecturing on nutritional physiology to my students. I like him because he makes it very easy to understand and each article is nicely focused.

You are welcome, Evolution. I have a lot of respect for teachers, my hat is of to you for being a proper leader of our children. Personally speaking, I have consulted with Lyle a few times on some of my personal goals. He is direct, hard, and to the point, and I just like that. This sticky will do well for members here.
