Nutrition Help

"Hello,
I have been contemplating gaining weight for a while now, frankly up until this point I have been lazy/too busy/or find it too hard and have been putting it off. Im pretty much built like a long distance runner but since high school have not kept up with my cardio-fitness. I play soccer a couple times a week. Besides that and walking to and from class (Im in college on a big campus and like to walk) for about an hour a day, I don't get much exercise. But anyway, im turning over a new leaf. I want to eat healthier...which will be easy when you see my diet, gain weight, and increase my cardio-endurance.

20 years old
male
6'3
130 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown, but positive its extremely low

I am looking to gain 50 lbs while not necessarily getting fatter. I guess I just want to get bigger. I guess it may not be possible to gain that weight, and if it is I know its not in a short period of time but I am in for the long haul. Here is my current diet. Admittedly pretty unhealthy, Im a college student. Please critique it and let me know recommendations for a healthy diet.

Pretty Much Daily Routine:
Drink Water throughout the day...about the only thing I get right.
Breakfast: Glass of Milk, 2 Poptarts. Chicken biscuit (fast food).
Lunch: During the week Chicken Sandwhich (fast food).
Dinner: Fast food, Either McDonald's, Taco Bell, maybe a Medium Pizza for myself. Occasionally I cook Spaghetti.
Late Night: Glass of Milk, 2 more Poptarts.

Now I know there is a lot of fast food and I would do well by cutting that out, common sense. But what are recommendations as far as what I should be eating...calories, types of foods and such. I only buy food for myself and would like to spend about 25-30 bucks a week. I do take one a day Men's Vitamins but my eating habits probably derail any effect from those. I also hear its better to eat like 6 small meals rather than 3 larger ones but Im new to health and nutrition.
