There's no such thing as healthy junk food. Nutrigrain, most granola bars, and all that other "healthy" stuff is mostly marketing scams.

Check out LV's grocery list, it has a good list of food items. Do they taste awesome? Well, that my friend is a matter of opinion. lol

lol. everyone's taste buds are different. As Deschain said, taste is a matter of opinion. what we may thing tastes great, you may not. especially if you arent used to eating healthy. most of my friends think wendy's and burger king taste great, but it tastes like crap to me!

also as Deschain said, check out LV's grocery list. no one is going to sit here and make a meal plan for you, but if you have questions about specific food items, we'd be glad to help.

Start with getting fresh fruit, veg, and lean meat into your diet.

Aim to get a lean source of protein in each meal. Do not neglect Veggies and think that eating extra fruit will make up for it. Sounds like you are not used to eating healthy at the moment so try getting these into your diet first. I can not give you a full diet plan as I don't have the time, somebody may be able to post their own though.

Cut out the junk food, drink only water, avoid food that you do not know the nutritional values of. That is where to start. Cut out white bread completely, some people even say remove all bread from your diet but if you do eat it stick to wholegrain and in moderation. No full sugar fizzy drinks atall, this is usually what I find most teens including my sisters get WAY too much of.

dude, if you can't handle eating veggies, I don't know how you think you'll attain your goals.

you need to learn to make sacrifices. suck it up and just do it.

if you won't eat proper, you won't want to train proper, or recover proper, and this is all an exercise in futility.

and, subway/chipotles are NOT healthy places to eat. you want a healthy fast food recommendation: its called "any salad bar full of spinach and chicken breast".
