| | | Oatmeal, how to make it taste good? Ok, so to improve my diet and variety of food intake, I have been eating oatmeal. But the oatmeal I have been eating is the pre packaged stuff (you know, strawberries and cream, maple and brown sugar, etc…) But does this stuff have lots of preservatives, added sugar, etc? I want to go to a healthier oatmeal, but the Quaker oatmeal “real oats” stuff is just so gross! How do you make the oatmeal taste good and be healthy? |
