Oikos Plain Nonfat Yogurt

So I decided to try out some different yogurt. I usually get the blue-labeled nonfat Yoplaits which are extremely good but I didn't like how how much sugar it had.

I decide to get some Oikos Plain Nonfat Yogurt and jesus christ, this is nasty. It's so bland and makes my mouth dry; I can't imagine how people could go through with this. So what do people do to make it better? Blend it with fruits or what?
