Monounsaturated fat is a "good" fat. It's a good idea to know the basics of the different kinds of fat. |

| | | Yes I know there are good and bad fats that's why I specifically mentioned the type of fats in peanut butter but the caloric overheads in peanut butter are too high for inclusion in my diet. I had to kickout peanuts from my diet too as a 200g bag of peanuts packs 1200 calories. |

I'm not on anything - I'll soon be a lean mean fighting machine -> I might even do a Tribal's exercise and diet guide if I look good enough down the road. |

" k ickout peanuts from my diet ". The idea is to have only a serving ( or 2 ) of peanuts a day - NOT the whole bag.
What's one serving ? Maybe 1 ounce ( 28 grams ) and 160 +/- calories ?

| | | Have you ever tried cashew butter? A delicious change of pace to PB with similar nutrtional values and a really sweet taste. It's about 3x the price though. |

Gosh, I love when you post tribal because you just get more and more funny! | Nice one, you spotted that but I gave an extreme example and omitted something from my previous reply. Can you post your entrance music in the lounge thread. |

| | I packed a roughly 3-4 tblsp peanut butter sandwhich today for lunch. Can't wait! Of course, I'm not going to mix mayo on it. I jus wanted to post that to give a gag factor. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
