| | | Peanut Butter- oh name the ways! DISCOVERYT CHANNEL FF Style
Peanut Butter is rather delicious when combined with a cucumber!
I am personally quite suprised, and ultimately impressed, by this unique combination of flavors.
It should be of great interest to me to learn what uses other dignified members of this forum have found for natural peanut butter.
I thank you in advance for your appropriate responses.

| | | If you're one of those who likes to eat weird stuff... like mayo with french fries or mayo on turkey... then try out peanut butter with eggplant (or mayo, if you're one of those). |

| | | For a treat I sometimes nuke my natty butter with some splenda and sometimes I even add a dab sugar free torani syrup (like toffee or coconut flavor), mmmm. I've mixed it with ricotta before, its good. I put it on low carb sprouted tortillas with a a celery stalk wrapped in it, thats realllly good. I've frozen it and then rolled it in splenda and cinnamon, super good. There are no limits to PB, I love the stuff. |

| | | Sometimes I wonder if we don't put foods together that don't belong together in order to meet our nutritional goals - then subconsciously convince ourselves it tastes good, so we don't feel silly. |

| | | I've seen a warning on some site that Peanut Butter is a high-calorie source of protein but contains monounsaturated fat i.e. two tablespoons contain 190 calories and 16 grams of fat - as much fat as in a Burger King hamburger. |

| | | Me too!
I look forward to it like it's some kind of special treat or something. I think it breaks up the blandness of the other foods I eat. |

| | | I agree. It's one of the foods I eat that I never get tired of. 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of corn, and half a pound of chicken for meals 2 and 3 have gotten old, even though I eat them studiously. The eggs and peanut butter though...man, I look forward to them everyday. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
