Stay on topic. | Who cares about it being inappropriate? The problem is it wasn't funny. |

| | | [off-topic]Hey let Derwyddon fight her own battles. I was unable to finish the third set of 12 bench presses the other day and got to 8 but when I thought of what Derwyddon had said in the forum that day I shot through to 12.[/off-topic]
On the subject of peanut butter, it is common in most homes just like bread. Even Derwyddon may not know this but peanut butter is thought to have been made famous by the Kellog brothers who originally made it as a protein source for vegetarian patients. The Kellogs later moved onto making their now famous cereals.
How dy'all Eat Peanut Butter?

| | Peanut butter is not orgasmic to me Smithdude. But, as an endurance athlete, it is tollerable as a source of major protein and calories. I alos have found that cottage cheese, thanks to Evo, is something I can keep eating alot of.
When guys and gals lik me are burning well over 1500-2000 cals besides out BMI each day, it is kinda hard to keep from withering away.
Hence i started this thread. BUT- it has the "disease" so i hope we cna just get it all out.
Tribal- So, you have fallen for Derdygirl too. It seems that most here do. she is strong, intelligent, and combatant. Chillen can't get over her, nor get her in perspective and it seems you now have the bug too. Then it appears Wrangel fell in love with chillen, it just a big love fest and you joined right in. It causes me anger, grief, remorse, an it is amazing how emotional this can get for me.
but since YOU are focused on the honey-
Personally, i think she'd be fun to beat in raquetball, or any other sport, where I can make her sweat and wear her down to the nub, she would start fumblin around, then reveal reasons to rest, or drink water, or that she just remembered this or that,,,,,,, any heavy breathin activity would work .... but- don't take her on in strength competitions (mental or physical, and spiritual may be her greatest strength),,,,because boys are weaker then girls.
Hope i stirred up another `100 or so posts of the battle, cuz in this cas I can delete the whole darned thing.
Let's get it out and move on eh! |

| | | I mostly eat it on whole wheat Pita bread with my coffee in the morning at my desk. it buries the flax seed and frish oils so I don't get fish burps.
OK, and I eat a pile of it with my DAILY DOSE OF DARK CHOCOLATE. yes, i have dark chocolate pretty much daily; now that Sparrows food challenge evaporated. |

| | Hey speak for yourself on the evaporated post! SOME of us are pretty much still chuggin away Atleast you've now admitted your default...SUCKERRRRR!
I especially liked your post on D. And FF, its okay, don't try to hide your feelings, its obvious by your post that you too are tangled in the love web and smitten by intense gooey emotions. Really, don't feel ashamed, it "gets the people goin'"
I personally think that if you got D out there in any "huffin and puffin" contest she would whip you all. She would never back down or make excuses no matter how much she might want to. NEVER. Anyway, as you say, "boys are weaker than girls". But thats no news flash
As for PB, I personally DO think its orgasmic, and I'm HAPPY to SHOUT IT OUT! I LOVE the stuff. I eat it right out of a jar that has my little ol' name on it. Not that anyone in my house cares to fight me for the natty stuff but it thrills me that its something of MINE that nobody wants . Its my reward. On a very clean diet with a very intense exercise regime its a luxury I can get away with and still feel within bounds. I don't eat SPOONfuls of it. I actually get the "nutty" kind and warm it a bit and then eat peanut by peanut during movies or "scrabble" with my husband. haha. Its fun...entertaining even...and motivational. lol. I don't ever measure it, that would take all the fun away for me.
okay, and one more thing. The flax/fish oil comment was just realllllly disgusting FF! URP
