Well it depends on your goal. When I was competing in the surf league (lifesaving, not surfin.... I WISH) I used to have oatmeal and honey followed by banana sandwedges as I walked down to the beach or headed to the pool.
All I wanted was to get better at swimming so there was no asthetic goal in mind. I dont really know what your goal is so yeah thats the best thing to let us know.

Usually steel cut oats w/ protein powder for me. Im always famished after swimming laps for an hour. Be careful not to over-eat after your swim!
