Protein bars

One of the best protein bars are the Strive bars by BIOCHEM.....Chocolate peanut butter crunch!!

I eat the GMC bars. All taste good except the smores..Yuk
But the peanut butter,chocolate crisp, and cookies n' cream are all good.

there has been a lot of controversey in the past about false nutrition labels & such on protein bars! i stick to the powder!

Definitely!

Plus, protein bars have tons of added preservatives, hydrogenated oils, etc. Protein bars shouldn't be included in your daily diet. Not clean food.

i personally only think you need them if your doing high endurance things like football where your running and pushing huge guys for hours on end, and you need that high energy, but defently not every day.

In all fairness, there are some good ones. The U Turn bars are good and so are the Labrada bars.

metrx bars are good.. and its got like 32 grams of protein.. i forget the flavor though, its good to wash it down with some AMP mt dew.

I'm pretty sure the UTurn bars have been recalled in the past.
