Protein Shakes before bed?

Title says it all, just wondering if this is a good or bad idea. I know that before bed it's good to eat slow digesting protein. It's hard to eat some chicken or steak though because I'm still 16 and my diet consists of mainly what my mother buys at the store. These are the stats on the Whey I'm using.
Calories: 115g
Total fat: 1.3g
Sat. Fat: 0.5g
Cholesterol: 26.5mg
Sodium: 88.6mg
Carbs: 3.5g
Protein: 24
I've been drinking a scoop and a half of this into a glass of water every night before bed.

Not whey shakes before bed, casein is better. Or why not foods like cottage cheese, yoghurt etc?
