Protein Waffles

I got me a waffle iron some time ago. I've been experimenting with it for a while and found a good mixture for a waffle that consist of mixed berries, applesauce (instead of oil), and so fort. I'm only eating it on Sunday with family since it takes like freaking forever to make one of these things. But I remember hearing about a protein waffle, and I'm wondering if anyone has the link for it? I'm going to try that mixture this Sunday. Thanks.

These are almost the exact thing except they have baking powder, and the cottage cheese is either dry or strained. They are excellent.
