Question for Chillen!

So I have been reading a lot of what Chillen has been saying and I definitely think he knows his stuff. So with that being said, I was just wondering, could you suggest anywhere that I might be able to go, to help me with putting together a really good diet plan for the week? And, what the main things are that I should look to eat. This is probably one of the toughest aspects of losing the fat and getting back into the gym and all for me. Right now it'll be hard to go out to a nutrition store and get all of the "specialty" items that I hear a lot of people talk about, so I want to try and do it without spending a ton of money each week. Things like chicken and lean meats aren't a problem, but honestly, the whole vegetable aspect is what is going to be hard for me. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated (I know I'm being pretty vague on what I've asked and I do apologize).
