I know this sounds stupid, but for the the past month I've cheated at least once a week. But yet I'm still pretty lean (not the leanest and most cut). I know for a fact that I could be doing more. I know it's all about strong will power but latly I find it hard to keep that steady. By doing more I mean I could be doing more to resist cheating. I suffer badly from body image it's so hard being a former fat person. I sometimes doubt I'll ever achieve my goals with stuff like college and what not getting in the way.
