Well yesterday I ate a box of peeps and got up in the middle of the night to eat vanilla ice cream out of the container with a knife. So....I cheated twice as far as yesterday goes.

I use to cheat once a month but sometimes when I'm on a date or something like that it's hard to keep track of calories. I know this sounds stupid, but for the the past month I've cheated at least once a week. But yet I'm still pretty lean (not the leanest and most cut). I know for a fact that I could be doing more. I know it's all about strong will power but latly I find it hard to keep that steady. By doing more I mean I could be doing more to resist cheating. I suffer badly from body image it's so hard being a former fat person. I sometimes doubt I'll ever achieve my goals with stuff like college and what not getting in the way.

Honestly, I don't plan cheats because I find that they happen on accident enough.
