| | | Really good diet for me. I would really really love for some one to do a really good diet for me around these guidlines...All i eat is bread, Rice, Chicken, Mixed Veggies, and Bananas and apples for fruit everyday and 100% wholegrain weetbix in the morning with milk and also have 3-4 protien shakes and i also have a creatine mix with lots of amino acids and yeah all that jazz...so Can some one use these foods i eat and put them into a good diet for a 17 year old that is 6.2 and 71.5 KG i have food scales and everything so i really want to get it down to the perfect amount I also workout every second day and does a really good diet need to be also based around your workouts ?

| | | You've already stated your diet. You eat 7 items. That's your diet. What exactly do you want someone to do with that? |

| | | Yeah, it's true. I like your style man, I can see you put in a lot of thought and work with your lifting, do the same with nutrition! A year ago, I thought pizza and beer was a good diet (kidding). Now, I learned nutrition basics, and made myself diet plans for losing fat, building muscle, and maintaining, and they work great. If I can do it, you can too. You know the basics, and if you don't read the stickies...protein at every meal, healthy fats, veggies, good, complex carbs...just start to piece something together. The worst that will happen is you put up a plan and it's ****, and we help adjust it for you. People are much more responsive if you have at least tried to put some plan in place...I know I am. |

Is it because you don't like the taste of any other foods? Just curious. |

Yeah i should of posted this as well...its a diet i made pretty much with everything i mentioned....but id really like some one who knows what there doing to be able to fix it up if it needs fixing. And no i like other foods but i like these and its simple and if i can get my needed nutrition from some easy to make simple food that i can do the exact same everyday then i like that more | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
