| | | What about hard boiling some eggs and having them on hand (crack and peel before you leave the house). Can have them whole or just the whites. (Along with a slice of whole wheat bread maybe). |

| | | If your going to be driving then I'd go with a shake. I eat quite frequently in my car and it can be a challenge sometimes, especially when your car is a 5 speed! |

| | | i made and ate a tuna salad sandwich on the motorway last summer, i was late, hungry and traffic was bad so drained the tuna, spooned some pickle on some ripped up bread, added some hand shredded peppers and didnt miss a meal!
not recommended though, and if you do make sure you have ring pull cans.

Back on topic, I'd go for a shake if I'm in a hurry and on the move. Only takes a few mins to prepare, if you're using a blender, you can throw in a few other ingredients as mentioned like a banana or some berries but, if you're using a hand shaker (like me) then just the standard scoop will suffice. You might want to grab a banana too and eat it the old fashioned way | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
