I eat about 1.5 servings of this cereal each morning with ground flax seed dumped on the top, it's excellent.

Evaporated Cane Juice, is a form of sugar (sucrose if you will, or simular). Its lower on the ingredient chart, and is better ingredient choice than refined sugar. So yes, its good stuff. The circumference or totality of the ingredients are very good, andis a good thing to consume.

I hit on the can juice, because I do believe one should (within reason) refrain from refined sugar like the PLAGUE.

I sometimes nibble on a natural peanut butter type called: Cinnimon Raisin Peanut butter (has real raisins in it too) and (it has evaporated cane juice in it too), which I prefer over refined sugar (though STILL its a form of it). Gives me a small jolt of Protein, a small joilt of good fats, a small joilt of natural fruit sugar (which is good, the raisins), and a small amount of evaporated can juice (which is okay, dont get much), and I use this to gain a bit of energy at times, along with eating other propotional stuff. The label on this Natural Cinnimon Raisin Peanut Butter, says its sugar free, but its misleading, as evaporated cane juice is another form (albeit a bit different) of sugar. But, suprisingly, this stuff is good SH@t! But like all PB, it can be a diet killer (dang it), becuase its so dang calorie dense (all well, deal with it, and I do).

This is the only cereal I buy.

Kashi has great products all around the board but this one takes the cake.

I eat mine with soy milk or on top of yogurt.
