Ingredients
Skimmed Milk (75%), Water, Sugar, Powdered Chocolate (3.6%)(Sugar, Cocoa Powder), Milk Protein, Thickener (Gum Arabic), Vegetable Oil, Vitamins and Minerals*, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Carrageenan, Guar Gum), Flavouring.
*Vitamins and Minerals: Potassium Chloride, Sodium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Vitamin C, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin E, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Niacin, Sodium Selenite, Copper Gluconate, Pantothenic Acid, Manganese Sulphate, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Beta Carotene, Thiamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Potassium Iodate.
May contain traces of Soya.

| | | the slim fast milkshakes are the only remotely good thing in the range. they are good after running as tehy have a 4:1 carb to protein ratio. plus they have vitamins, however i still try to avoid them and have a protein shake and oatcakes instead after running. as for the soups - they usually have more cals then heinz soups and worse stuff in. their choc& protein bars are easily replaced with other better ones or fruit.
the convience of the cal counting is what makes it sucessful but if you do some research and prepare your food your self you save calories and are eating better healthy foods! |
