So i woke up a little late today..

Okay i woke up at 3:30 and i need atleast 1500 cals by 9:00 (plus its a FBW today) any ideas on how i can double up on meals or something?

Try eating more in each meal...

Snack on mixed nuts through the day, 1500 calories should be pretty easy to reach. A good bread would add 100 calories a slice but not sure how many you would want to eat in a day.

You are probably going to need to eat about 3 meals and get 500 calories from each, or eat slightly less than 500 in the meals and snack on fruit, veg, and nuts to get the rest

well i just doubled up on potatos(2) for dinner AND 4-5oz of chicken breast. i'll use the carbs from the potatos for my workout anyways.

for future referance, packing in the calories before(protein+starchy carbs) and after a workout(protein+simple carbs) is a smart thing to do in your case.

Peanut butter + Cytogainer is your best friend in this situation. I started eating my peanut butter with bannanas. Its so good
