Something I can add to each meal?

Well throught out the day i'm good on carbs,fat,and protein but a little short on cals.. So is there something small I can add to each meal like 50cals and low on fat and carbs?

yeah a cup of green veggies would nail it.

if you already have veggies at every meal....have more!
