    Soy is bad for males?

I've heard from a few people that men shouldn't intake soy, but they didn't give any reason to why and when I researched the idea a little on my own, I got mixed opinions on it. Has anyone ever heard this before?

I've heard of it on T-nation, something about soy not good for you and how should you stay away from it since it lowers test levels. I'll look it up, and post back here.

Don't be so quick to come to a decision though, read through all of this and then make a decision:

Everything in moderation. Soy is healthy and it's good for you in moderation. Don't freak out because it's linked with increased estrogen levels. If you're concerned, just don't overdo it. I drink soymilk on occasion myself, and I eat tofu and soybeans. I'm still a guy

Although soybeans have attracted the most attention (positive and negative) regarding phytoestrogen content, other foods contain those substances.

Yeah I had no intention of going overboard with soy milk, I was just looking into using tofu as a snack once in a while.
