Soy is bad for males? I've heard from a few people that men shouldn't intake soy, but they didn't give any reason to why and when I researched the idea a little on my own, I got mixed opinions on it. Has anyone ever heard this before? -
I've heard of it on T-nation, something about soy not good for you and how should you stay away from it since it lowers test levels. I'll look it up, and post back here. -

Everything in moderation. Soy is healthy and it's good for you in moderation. Don't freak out because it's linked with increased estrogen levels. If you're concerned, just don't overdo it. I drink soymilk on occasion myself, and I eat tofu and soybeans. I'm still a guy -

Yeah I had no intention of going overboard with soy milk, I was just looking into using tofu as a snack once in a while. Similar Threads -
