So, my girlfriend was looking at this stuff yesterday. For reference, it's got 50 calories, 5g of protein and worst of all 8g of sugar.

She was wondering if the point of this was to fill you up more than regular water, to add protein to your diet or both. She asked me to ask you all, (majority rules, yadda, yadda) so here goes.

Thoughts on this stuff? Does anyone see anything beneficial here?
