Subway?

Subway good or bad? Now I know it's all kind of dependent on what you get, but lets say a turkey and ham on wheat, only mustard and veggies. I don't always pack a lunch with me while I'm at work, so I'm just curious if that is a somewhat healthy alternative.

Im not sure about the ham. Thats one meat Ive never heard anyone really mention anything positive about. Then again, people tend to just not mention it at all, so I dont know.

It is all about choices. Subway is probably full of processed chemicals, but its better than a burger and fries. Just stay away from the mayo and other worthless fats. I would ditch the ham and half of the bread as well.

Turkey breast on whole weat bread is pretty much the healthiest sub u can get... and meatballs are to avoid at all cost, more then 1000 calories in a foot-long

But among all the fast food out there Subway is by far the best

This might help :
