The Ultimate Bulking Meal Plan?

I am trying to add about 20 pounds of muscle while minimizing fat gain. How does this meal plan look? I'm open to suggestions!

-Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites/1 cup plain oats
-Meal 2: Myoplex Carb Control bar/IsoPure, 25g protein, mixed in water
-Meal 3: 7 oz skinless chicken breast/.5 cup brown rice/mixed veggies
-Meal 4 (PreWO): Whole wheat bread, 20g carbs/IsoPure, 25g protein, mixed in water
-Meal 5 (PostWO): IsoPure, 50g protein, mixed in water/Plain bagel w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
-Meal 6: 6 oz salmon fillet/mixed veggies
-Meal 7: CytoGainer, mixed in water

Totals: 333g Protein, 306g Carbs, 59g Fat

I would like to avoid the bar (Meal 2), but I work at a golf course in the mornings and it's the only thing I can think of that's convenient.

There isn't much actual 'food' in that diet, what's the calorific value of all that?

I hope you can handle protein suppliments well, that's all I can say, that much protein powder would have me in the toilet every 30 minutes!
