Varying Weight

It seems everytime i get on the scale, im at a new weight. one day im at 142 other im at 145, and the next day im back at 142. i didn't think it was possible to lose/gain that much weight in a day. i do have a fast metabolism though. i also just weigh my self at different times of the day, so that might be it. or maybe i need a new scale

You should only weigh your self once a week or even better; once a month. Its just waterweight, food weight, and all that other stuff. The best time to check your weight is in the morning after you use the bathroom. I like to track my weight each day though and see the graph on fitday.

You should start seeing a trend weather your bulking or cutting.. so don't worry too much about.
