I have been using 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein from Optimum. I ordered more, but a little late. My next shipment will be here sometime between Wed-Friday. I seen some at Wal-Mart, and was wondering which one you guys would suggest, if any, from there. Just to use until I receive my shipment. Is it all the same? |

its just a convenience item. you could just eat more cottage cheese, egg whites, or chicken breasts for a couple days til it arrives.
otherwise, i know walmart sometimes has EAS brand protein, which isn't too bad. ON tastes better though. |
