Website recommending calorie intake and lists nutrition info of foods

Hi. A long time ago, I found a website which asks you for you physical condition and goals. Then it recommends a certain amount of protein, iron, etc. The site also had a huge list of nutrient information for food products. I am having a very had time finding this. I found a few similar sites which aren't as efficient. If anyone knows of a site with these features, please include the link. It's for my senior project Thanks.
