Breakfast: Oats & fruit

The night before you'd be better eating some low GI carbs such as whole grain pasta or rice.

Everyone is different. I personally only have milk in the morning if im not going to be working out.
while your idea breakfast would be oats and dried fruit or cerial, I find that the milk sloshes around and makes me feel ill.
I like to eat seeded bread with something sweet on, like chocolate spread or jam (jelly to anyone stateside).

Make sure you eat well over an hour b4 playing, and if possible have a sports drink 20mins b4.
