| | | ice cream, cheeseburgers, french fries... basically a ton of fast food
i amazed myself of how easily and suddenly i dropped my consumption of these items by like 95%
but the real test is when college starts again in the fall where ill be too hungry and tired to cook after a long day. The "relatively more healthy" joints will already be closed so it will be very tempting to get some bad fast food. |

2) Spaghetti Carbonara (Pasta cooked in a bacon & eggs sauce sprinkled with Cheese) - It's damn good and the first thing I learned how to cook. I miss making it - LOL
4) Fettuccini Alfredo
Hey...I'm Italian and believe me, everytime I visit my family my mother tries to feed me all the time and give me food. I hate turning her down but her ways were what got me to the overweight person I used to be.
But damn if don't miss that food! |

If I want to work that hard for my food, I'll take up hunting. Don't get me wrong, it was good...but it'd take me 3 lbs of crab to actually even get near full. Wayyyyy too much work. |
