| | Dont you people eat vegetables, dayum. When I make eggs, I throw in spinach, tomatoes, peppers, and tureky bacon or ham. If you dont want the whole egg, eat say 2 whites and 1 whole. Thats only about 120 calories by itself. Throw in some veggies and you're good. Or you could eat soemthing else. Sometimes I have chicken or burgers at breakfast.
I always combine fruit/veg with my meals. |

Mmmm | Lately for my afternoon snack I've been eating shredded wheat cereal (plain), crushed walnuts, sliced banana with milk. It's awesome |

| | | I switch between these:
* Scrambled 3x eggs either wrapped, or eaten directly with something. Usually mixed with spinach or green peppers
* 1 Cup oatmeal with honey with bread, but now I stopped eating bread because I got sick of it
* 2 Cups Raisin Bran Crunch
* Waffles mixed with berries |  | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
