The yolk contains good fat. Cholesterol you eat doesn't have much to do with cholesterol in your body. Your body produces it's own cholesterol, so if you eat more, your body will produce less to make up for it (Unless you have a condition where something is wrong with your cholesterol production)

And about the satured fat that's inn there. It's not that much, and besides, some satured fat should be present in a healthy diet. Alot of health nuts actually don't get enough satured fat.

can i give a sexual answer to this one....? It is early, and I'm on a rest day, and well their is a near pure protein source.

No your ok, no one made this point before, n my dad said this too, i had two small eggs 4 breakfast yestarday morning and this morning with a banana
