| | | -If i go any longer than 2.5-3 hours without food, the probability of eating something sh1t increases.
-Binge drinking, thus binge eating the following day due to low blood sugar & dehydration! |

My wife's, very large homemade Cinnamon Rolls with white-buttery icing (especially have to kick it up a notch or two, when working on glucose depletion)
My wife's, homemade fresh baked bread. The smell is an absolute killer! (especially have to kick it up a notch or two, when working on glucose depletion)
Chocolate-brownie Blizzard
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (also the Blizzard variety)
The 1,200 calorie, black Angus, I am going harden your arteries overnight, and take up half your calorie allotment in a few minutes, mega-burger from the local restaurant, LOL.
Best wishes,
Chillen

And the occasional burger, yes that's a treat. A handful of my friends eat NOTHING except crappy fast food. Sometimes when they go to a burger place I find it hard to resist, but then I think about all the fat and calories that will accumulate
Lately though, I've been doing work with my uncle and my brother, from 7 till about 4 every day. At least 2 times a week my uncle gets burgers from a local burger joint, and I'll admit I eat them. But I just think about the good amount of protien I'm ingesting |

But I just think about the good amount of protien I'm ingesting | I have been doing this long enough now, and have such a grapple on serving sizes, and calories/macros in food, that my resistant psychological behavior is real high, its not a problem any more. And, hasn't for a few years now.
However. I do create or have created, I should say in the past, a self-indulgence period of (various healthy carbohydrates), post glucose-depletion, and consume in excess of 5,000+ calories in one day, to take advantage of the super-compensation period (24 to 48 hours, dependent) and most of these are carbohydrates.
Best regards,

| | | Excluding beer/vodka -- Which I do cheat EVERY weekend (I'm sorry, I do enjoy being healthy but I'm a college student and I won't stay sober =P)
I would have to say PUPPYCHOW, omg it's like heaven. Peanutbutter M&Ms, Paydays, ARBYS and Backyard Burger... any fastfood places dollar menu when your drunk (as a college student) is also very appetizing... damn, I'm getting hungry right now haha. |

The worst is when I go to the supermarket and buy a block, or a bag of m&m's or something. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
