1. I have a supermajor sweet tooth. I have to be extremely mindful when it comes to "treating" myself because I have an unnatural ability to eat pounds and pounds of chocolate without really noticing... I think I go into a daze or a chocolate coma or something...
2. Big breakfasts. It's comfort food for me. Toast with beans, eggs, fried tomatoes, HASHBROWNS, various kinds of veggie ripoffs of sausages, bacon, so on... My most recent breakfast fantasy has been French toast with a bit of cinnamon, with a few scoops of organic vanilla yogurt, slices of banana, roasted almonds and drizzled in honey. Dear god.
or you find yourself resisting with more effort than most?
Cheese Cake with cherries or strawberries
My wife's, very large homemade Cinnamon Rolls with white-buttery icing (especially have to kick it up a notch or two, when working on glucose depletion)
My wife's, homemade fresh baked bread. The smell is an absolute killer! (especially have to kick it up a notch or two, when working on glucose depletion)
Chocolate-brownie Blizzard
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (also the Blizzard variety)
The 1,200 calorie, black Angus, I am going harden your arteries overnight, and take up half your calorie allotment in a few minutes, mega-burger from the local restaurant, LOL.
-If i go any longer than 2.5-3 hours without food, the probability of eating something sh1t increases.
-Binge drinking, thus binge eating the following day due to low blood sugar & dehydration!
Same here, minus the binge drinking thing. But if I haven't eaten for a long period of time, I find myself eating junk sometimes. Either that or I eat way too much.

Reeses PB cups
And the occasional burger, yes that's a treat. A handful of my friends eat NOTHING except crappy fast food. Sometimes when they go to a burger place I find it hard to resist, but then I think about all the fat and calories that will accumulate
Lately though, I've been doing work with my uncle and my brother, from 7 till about 4 every day. At least 2 times a week my uncle gets burgers from a local burger joint, and I'll admit I eat them. But I just think about the good amount of protien I'm ingesting

I have been doing this long enough now, and have such a grapple on serving sizes, and calories/macros in food, that my resistant psychological behavior is real high, its not a problem any more. And, hasn't for a few years now.
However. I do create or have created, I should say in the past, a self-indulgence period of (various healthy carbohydrates), post glucose-depletion, and consume in excess of 5,000+ calories in one day, to take advantage of the super-compensation period (24 to 48 hours, dependent) and most of these are carbohydrates.
Excluding beer/vodka -- Which I do cheat EVERY weekend (I'm sorry, I do enjoy being healthy but I'm a college student and I won't stay sober =P)
I would have to say PUPPYCHOW, omg it's like heaven. Peanutbutter M&Ms, Paydays, ARBYS and Backyard Burger... any fastfood places dollar menu when your drunk (as a college student) is also very appetizing... damn, I'm getting hungry right now haha.
Chocolate. I seriously have to have some every day or I will freak out and raid all my cupboards lol. The worst is when I go to the supermarket and buy a block, or a bag of m&m's or something.
