Where do you get your BCCA, whey protein, and creatine?

Hey guys, I went to GMC (or GCM, I'm not sure if either two is right) store to purchase whey hydrolyzed protein and BCCA (non-pills...I think). However, they all contain ***tloads of vitamins and minerals. Are they necessary or are they what make BCCA work better? Are they what make whey protein?

I will be going on diet starting April, the kind that would have you drool over as it would give me at least 100 percent daily value of every single vitamins and minerals, most of which you probably haven't heard of. So while I realize the vitamins and minerals in whey protein and BCCA will help the work out by giving out more energy, can I do by without these and instead add banana, one carrot to these two in the mix plus creatine and still get the same effect as I would in store-brought supplement BCCA and whey protein?

If so, where can I buy indigents of BCCA and whey protein? What do you guys suggest? Where do you get your BCCA, creatine, and whey protein? I prefer without any flavor.

Is it the norm for whey protein to contain a lot of large names indigents in it that aren't vitamin and mineral? Sorry I am new to these. Please help me with this so that I can make my purchase as soon as possible.

I'm not quite sure if I understood you correctly. You want to drop the "BCCA" (as you call them) and whey, and use whole food instead right?
If so, drop the "BCCA" a.k.a BCAAs, keep the whey protein.
The amino acids in the whey protein alone will do the job.
Vitamins in whey?
Your post got me confused.

It's simple as this, all you need is:

Multivitamin
Whey Protein

And a rock-solid diet

No need for BCAAs or creatine.
Work out for a few months, when you felt you've hit plateau, take creatine.

imo you can drop the whey, and still make the same gains and progress without it. Just eat eat eat

I clearly stated that if I could add banana, carrot to these TWO (as in BCAA and Whey protein) plus Creatine (not for the mineral or vitamin benefit but to get more strength for work-out), would that do so without buying these products that contains all of the vitamins and minerals as is the norm in the stores and internet? As in just purely BCAA, Whey Hydrog Protein, and Creatine without ANY vitamin and mineral (unless they are naturally part of it). Because I will be getting all of these vitamins and minerals from foods so I assume that the vitamins and minerals are there for energy booast.

The vitamins in whey protein to answer the post above; I meant in supplement form (liquid, powder or pills, I don't remember which, whetever is the norm you see in supplement store) the whey protein contains a good amount of vitamins/minerals. So I want just purely whey hydro protein and nothing else.

I will be adding these three plus some fruit to make a shake so I guess I will be needing powder forms?

So now that is clear; what do you recommend? If just purely BCAA, whey protein and Creatine would do, where can I buy them since they are not common?

Yes you can add fruit and veggies and it will add vitamins to your meal.
But I doubt that you'll manage to get all the necessary vitamins and minerals that way.
Eat plenty of veggies and fruits in your diet, and have a multivitamin also.
If you really don't want/can't afford a multi than don't get one. It's not that big of deal. Just make sure you have plenty of food that contains vitamins and minerals

Sigh guys, guys, guys! Okay I will explain in details.

As stated above, I will be getting ALL of the minerals and vitamins from foods in 100 percent daily value at least, of course with the aim that I get the amount of proteins needed. Therefore, banana and other fruits are added because either they are part of my diet OR are just to give me the energy boost or to reduce the amount of possible cramps with banana. And yes, this diet can EASILY be achieved...just at the expense of probably over $200 per week but the diet to achieve the optimal result for muscular body costs over $200 anyway. If anyone is intrigued by this diet that I am planning to do, ask me and I will post the details. It is not hard to follow at all and this diet is in accord to muscular body building. And this also includes omega-3 of course (three to five serving of 85g of fish weekly).

Therefore, I was asking if all of these vitamins and minerals in these products are what naturally makes the BCCA and whey protein more effectively since they are there for a reason (likely energy boost and better interaction in the body to enhance the BCAA).

My concern is that since I would be taking these products right before work-out, during and after is that with these added benefits I'd get better results because I am getting all of the minerals and vitamins just right before workout and during instead of using what I have during the day. Because what I have during the day, despite it being a 100 percent value, will not be as effectively in term of maximum potential work-out since they spread out throughout the day, unlike the products that has a large amount of vitamin/minerals to give that boost at that point in time (when working out). But I think adding fruits to the mix would so.

So if I am okay with just purely BCCA and whey protein, then could someone PLEASE point me to the site or store where I can purchasee those and buy it asap? I live in Bay area.

Forgive me for my lack of grammar, I know it's bad. It's 2am this morning, I am working on the essay right now and am putting all of my effort into that work.

I appericate your comments.
