| | | That's what I buy. Mix it with 2 tablespoons on peanut butter and you're good to go. Seems to work for me. |

i bought it but i havent tasted it yet. they have vanilla and chocolate, and you can open it and try it and if you don't like it theyll take it back. costco has an amazing return policy. |

| | | I've been using Costco's whey protein powder for a number of years now, and it seems to do the trick. I alternate between chocolate and vanilla as I get tired of the flavor after a while, but I like them both. I agree the ingredients are good, no artificial flavor or artificial color either which is always a good thing. |

| | | A trick with vanilla is you can mix it with juice for your PWO shake to add some carbs in and give you a different flavor. Don't use citrus juice if you are putting creatine in there but if not vanilla mixes great with orange juice, blueberry juice and sour cherry juice are good too. Some of my favorite ways to mix it up a bit anyway. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
