Whey Protein Noob.

ok i just got the brand body fortress 100 percent premium whey protein chocolate powder mix. Iv never used it or anything and im trying gain muscle mass. Its says 46g per 2 scoops on front and it be either blending it or doing it in a glass or shake it. But some questions i have is do i need to drink lots of water with it? cuz i herd if ya dont it cant hurt yor kidneys or w/e. another is how many scoops? lol 1 scoop per drink or 1 and a half iduno really. il read some directions here they are for adults 1 scoop is 30g one to two times daily say morning and after noon i guess. and it says for serious athletes consume 1-2 scoops twice per day fo maximum muscle support. ok also on the other side it says for mass gaining add higher calorie foods such ass peanut butter,1-2% milk,and fruit juices. o yea and it says 6-8 oz of drink. now im alil confused and when i got home i havent had breakfest and so i tried it in the blender with 2% milk of 8 oz of it then a whole banana and ice and blend.it tasted damn good and i drank all of it it made like a glass and half. now my sisters husband takes this stuff too and he said to put like an egg,milk some honey,banana i think and maybe some peanut buttet i duno i guess u can add w/e u want that suits u i suppose. also id like to know like should i take it in the morning when i get up for like breakfest then say another after i workout? and howmnay scoops? 1 or 1-2 im 18 years old so i consider my self an adult lol i just want to do this the right way and not get to much or less or somthen...im trying to bulk up and this is also gona give me more protein which i need. one more last thing any suggestions on how yall mix yor stuff? say like by adden peanut buter or egs or somthen hell iduno just give me advice on this thx it will really help me alot.

well no ones helpen me put lol well anyways im adden 2% milk 6 oz with one scoop which should be like 30g of protein nad im also adden half a banana and a table soon of penut butter and man its some really good stuff tastes great! i gues i could also ass an egg or 2 ummmm?? am i doing this right? im drank one in the morning then after my workout...guess thats fine ...

I heard you take it directly before a workout, since you'll need the energy. And directly after, since you need to recover.

As for mixing stuff, I don't know. I use the gnc product, and it comes in various flavors. I usually have 1 cup everyday, never any more.

It is highly recommended to gain your protein from natural food, instead of whey, since it will provide more energy.
