| | you should do cardio for about 10 mins after your work out and or make a day for just cardio here is my work out plan
Monday
chest,triceps,abs
tuesday
biceps,back,forearms
wensday
Cardio for 30 mins
thursday
legs
friday
deltoids,abs
saturday
cardio for 30 min
sunday

rest | Personally I think that's just too much for someone who is just starting out. 3 full body workouts a week is all you'll need. Especially isolating forarms. But thats just my opinion |
