will this be bad..

Having a cup of milk and a yougurt (60cals, 3 fat, 3 carbs, 5 protein) right before i go to bed be bad? because im going out tonight and wont have time to eat that before then (which will make my cal intake for the day perfect). and when i get home i'll have to go right to bed.

It's a light snack before bed. It sounds good to me but how long are you going without food?

i went about 4 hours without eating, not bad at night right? well besides having a couple drinks.

Its the totality and/or circumference of the diet that matters most. Eating before bed is fine, if the item (s) eaten fit within your caloric limitations if one is deficit dieting: the law of energy balance is the chief operator.

yeah i understand that, i was just wonder if eating like 10 mins before you go to sleep was bad.

Same thing applies, the answer is no. Its doesnt matter. The law of energy balance still play the role.

Even at sleep you burn calories.
