    Will Eating White Rice make you lose or gain?

    I love rice alot and know it dont have alot of nutritional value but I heard that the asian population 50 years ago mostly had thin complection (before Mcdonalds screwed the world up he bum) becuase of the ricey diet./\

    White rice is not good. Brown rice and wild rice are better.
    Don't fall into the 'white death' trap.

    whit rice will definitely gain you...if you dont get to moving after...

    extra calories make you gain weight.

    brown rice is better due to a lower glycemic index, and it has more fiber.

    And we're talking long grain, NOT INSTANT, brown rice. skip that minute rice crap...it tastes like crap anyways.

    mmm wild rice taste soo much better than white rice.

    Did you know that wild rice isn't technically rice? but the seeds from some kind of grass.

    I usually mix some wild rice in with my brown rice, since it adds texture and breaks up the monotony of eating rice daily
    Other times, I add red or black beans to my rice. extra fiber.

    Doesn't matter what color ihe rice is...depends on the AMOUNT that you eat.

    the amount does count too..but also the white rice will cause a shot up in insulin ..therefore causing slow metabolism...and white rice is simple carbohydrates..while brown or others is complex and lasts longer...
