Yogurt good or bad?

I heard I should start eating yogurt. The best stats I could find was Dannon Light and fit. but still has like 7 grams of sugar. Is this stuff good or no?

Get the plain yogurt, yes the one that doesn't have any flavor to it, and yes it is great for you, lots of protein and carbs.

Meh, maybe it's just my stores then, because when I get my yogurt all of the flavored ones have extra sugar and fats to give that that flavor. I guess what I meant to say was that "the Trix yogurts don't cut it"

Overall yogurt is good for you. People just recommend fatfree or lowfat becuase it helps lose weight. Just think of yogurt as your desert and dont feel bad eating it even if it has 20g of sugar or w/e.

i'm lucky and can get fat free, no sugar added yogurt with real fruit in it. yogurt will always have carbs due to the lactose, and fruit if it has any.

as long as the ingredients don't show added sugars or fats it should be ok.
