Wink ZIG zaging calories

HAS anyone out there tryed zig zaging calories? I have been using it for a while now and it seems like it is working, i am trying to burn fat while retaining muscle. ON my low calorie days i should be burning fat, and on the high days retaining mass, (or hopefully building some), but that is not to likely. JUST wondering what everyone thinks about it.

except the body works on trends, not 24 hour increments of eating.

carb cycling works a lot better than bouncing calories around and confusing the body. let the body know the calories will be there, but change the type of calories to force the body to tap into fat storage.

THANK YOU, for the responce that is a good thought, i will also give that a try. I do document every meal so i know how many carbs i am taking in, on my low calorie days, my carbs are somewhat lower, and higher on my high. I keep my protein about the same and my fat calories vary.
