Audio cues/music for circuit training

I'd like to be able to have my own circuit training routine where all the cues play right along with the music on my iPod.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or does anyone else want to do this? I can't find that much on it online.

Thanks!

These guys do it:

Podfitness: Custom Audio Workouts: Home

Someone I work with used to do it. It integrates music into a predetermined workout or something.

They do, but you have to use their workouts and trainers. I want to be able to build my own workouts.

Right. I'm sure you could do what essentially amounts to a podcast, play music and talk over it. I'm pretty sure it would turn out lame, though. Your best bet might be to time your circuit and build a mix with the properly timed music changes.
