Bad Injuries

I am interested in hearing about some of the bad injuries you guys and gals have suffered during your lifetime here is a list of some of the injuries i have had..theres a few so bare with me (the nurses at the local hospital used to know me by name when i went there)

Broken Both Arms each time i broke both bones ...Crashing a pushbike and falling out of a tree (the tree one was a compound fracture, the bone was poking out the skin...very gross).

Fractured Ankle in 2 places..also pulled the ligament off the bone, in a cast for 15 weeks also had to go through 6 months of physiotheraphy.

Ive had stitches in the back of my head..above both eyes..in my knee in my right index finger..and across my left wrist (i put my hand through a leadlight window and recieved 15 stitches as well as just knicking the tendon..lots and lots of blood)

there my injuries...the worst injury i have ever seen was my mate and i were BMX bike riding and he went over a jump and fell off and came down on his stunt peg on the back and it was like hollow and scooped out some the back of his calf and i could see his bone..very very gross.

I dont know what inspired me to make this thread i just find it interesting.

I guess the reason that I do not get hurt a lot is because I am a social outcast who only spends his time in the gym or at home on the computer.

Where do I start? The injuries that spring immediately to mind are as follows:-

- cut my head open falling into a wall
- cut my leg open on a concrete step
- broke my collar bone AND dislocated my shoulder falling off a bike
- had my nose broken for me in a 'discussion' about a girl. lol
- broke my ankle jumping off a very high wall (drunk) and then ran home on it!!
- fell off a wall (drunk again) and broke my fall with my face (extensive dental surgery required!)

I could go on and on! Most of my serious injuries occured whilst under the influence of alcohol - I should really stop drinking!

The worst injury I've had believe it or not is about 6 stiches on my chin, maybe bruised ribs if you count that. I don't seem to hurt myself at all proportionately to the stupid/violent activities I engage in regularly.

The stitches on my chin were from getting uppercutted across the room (literally) by an angry neanderthal wearing a class ring and the bruised ribs were from trying to "fly" from one second-story rooftop to another and landing on my side on the cement sidewalk below.

Right pectoral ligament injury, sprained thumb, probably a bruised/slightly fractured big toe, as well.
