| | | A boxing fight I was in I know we both suck but hey it was fun I really need to improve my technique- but since it was my first fight (other then my brothers who I was easy on) I was a bit novice (because I heard apparentely Mike was REALLY good and trained and what/not) and forgot my technique
I'm in the White Shirt btw
Watch All 3- Its only about 5 minutes total I think. Most people say I won some say Mike did (in the blue shirt) but if my cardio was better I think I could have done alot better. In the second round we both looked at each other and were like "lets chill for like 15 seconds" lol YouTube - Golden Beach Boxing Mike vs. Dave Round 1 YouTube - Golden Beach Boxing Mike vs. David Round 2 YouTube - Golden Beach Boxing Mike vs. David Aftermath |

| | Where is the referee to this kangaroo match? That looked like kangaroo boxing more than proper boxing and there was no referee, my sis would be happy to oblige.

| | | What form, what technique... Wow!!! Good stuff. Opppsss sorry man, I was watching the TV instead of monitor there. Ya, you guys need pratice.
Hey Dave, aren't you TALLER and weigh wayy more than Mike? Looks like you are about 20-30 lbs heavier and 2-5 inches taller. With your physical advantage, Jab him b.c. he is leaving his face open. Once his guards goes up, then work on the body. Glad to see the mouth piece though and you guys look like you had a BLAST. |

| | | You have an advantage being southpaw.
I boxed for about a year and the first guy I fought was southpaw and 19 years old. He was hard to hit. |

=3 | seriously? blue shirt almost didn't get a single proper hit in in the first round. White shirt had a lot of direct hits to the face on blue shirt. |

| | | Well I know nothing about boxing but my fiance was a boxer for a few years and founded the boxing club at the college here so I'll have him watch this and give you a proper technical critique later haha :P But hey, if you're having fun and getting a workout its good stuff right? |

At least the guys in their gym are probably saying "the rocky wannabes are not here today yay!!". Its not such a bad thing if the rocky wannabes do their stuff outside the gym rather than people trying to box the mirrors with dumbbells in each hand. LOL |

| | | Big BUMP.
Me and the guy in blue have been training on and off since this horrible boxing fight.
I just seriously started training again about 3 days ago and for the next 40 days (right before I have basic training) I'm gonna try to get another fight up. It may not be Mike again (hes healing an ankle right now), but I have a friend whos training with me.
My technique is a lot better though I still have a tendency to jump around a bit because I like to tire out my opponents.
Me and my opponent are both 190 pounds roughly and we are both cutting down to 175 pounds in 4 days with some hard training.
I hope I can get another video for you guys. But I'm not sure if its gonna happen. Boxing = Best Cardio Ever |

| | OMG...I can NOT believe it.
Dude, you gotta put some Thompson's or some kind of seal on that wood fence, it's just bleached-out and on it's way to rotville. You can get some good stain & sealer at Home Depot. A good tank-sprayer will make short work of it, follow-up with a good brush to get the top. You gotta stay on that sort of thing!
Oh yeah, I noticed a couple guys boxing in the foreground. What's up with that??? | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
