| | | I am currently losing substantial fat and gaining substantial muscle simultaneously, on what looks to me like more calories than he ate.
Didn't bother reading it all, but as folks have said, homeboy obviously was either eating too much for him (and not from quality sources, perhaps?), not working hard enough, or both.
Calorie numbers can be very strange, though. At least in my experience. I was taking in <1600 calories/day (average) on the velocity diet, and am currently taking in >4000 calories/day (average) just eating clean Berardi-style (with some half-ass carb cycling guidelines). The strange part? Results are roughly the same, if not better, eating 2.5-3 times as much. At least I think so (because I look and feel leaner than I did on the v diet, 20 lbs lighter) - will be able to say for sure ~Sept 26th. |

| | | This reminds me I need to do a ton of cardio tomorrow. I ate a ton of kebabs last weekend and felt sick. It must be purely psychological as I used to enjoy kebabs with the sauces/chilli. |

| | | It's not just calories in calories out, this guy ate like crap. Not an unprocessed vegetable in sight. Look at the acne on his face. His body isn't working properly. That's not high octane fuel; he's pissing in the gas tank. |

2 eggs can equal up to 300 depending on size.
Milk again is like 50 calories per 100ml. If he drank 300 ml (a glass) that'd be 150. Plus lets say he had 300ml on his weetabix. That's a total of 750 calories + not including the eggs. |

| | | I've never seen a egg so huge that is 150 calories each
Even the "extra large" eggs down here are only 80 calories a piece.
What kind of eggs are you eating Wood? Ostrich eggs? |

My 'large' eggs from Tesco are 110 calories. Last time when I had 'extra large' they were 160. So meh |

Cause that would make a lot more sense. I remember when I was in europe most of the nutritional values weren't by necessarily a piece/serving but were listed as by "100 grams"....which would be more than one egg. |

| | | Not gonna lie I have experienced a bad bulk myself. Went from 170 pounds to 190 pounds last year and felt like crap. Was adding 2-3 pounds a week.
Though I got lucky; cuz when I cut back down to 180 I noticed I did add some muscle. |

| | | 300 kcal...lol...Crocodile eggs yes, chicken eggs no...more protein, less fat, and you also get a good adrenaline spike trying to convince the mother to let you get some. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
