and they are:
1. Squats
2. Dead lifts
And I win......
Okay, maybe I am partial to the Bent Arm Pullover......and secondly, the Military Press.

OH pressing is number 2, it just feels like lifting something heavy over your head is what your body was designed for |

I haven't done pull ups in a long time. Theres no way for me to do them.
I might have to go out to my kids swingset aka city park and use the main cross beam. I wonder how many I could do.

1. Clean and Jerk
2. Snatch
4. Deadlift
5. Snatch
something like that. I simply love the clean and jerk when I get the hang of it. The power you feel when you are holding a really heavy weight overhead is just sensational |

When I first started, I always put the ones I disliked, on my liked list, because it was these lifts, that I needed to focus on in order to maintain or assist to maintain consistancy. Their tough, their rough, they take alot out of ya, and they do for a beneficial reason. So, mentally, I do a flying tackle on the beast, and pin it.
