I didn't look at it yet, but if it's the one where the woman was asking Arnold why he was into body building, and why he worked out so much, and then Arnold blushing as she said "wow" and then the one where he's bringing his arms down to show off his pecs and her laughing about how he looked like an ape.... well the name of it was actually a show in the 70s called Streets of San Francisco. The episode is:
"The Streets of San Francisco" Dead Lift (1977). He goes around to women houses and then just go ape crap and body slams women into things. At the end of the show, the woman said something about his body and he got really po'd about it and started throwing her all over the place before the police came and I think they killed him or arrested him. Edit: Lol, they even have my comment on the reviews section. Looks like no one else seen it. lol.
Or it could be his other film called Hercules. It was his first "serious" movie attempt. In this one, for no apparent reason, he takes his shirt off at random moments and flexes. His best line ever was, "How dare you touch Hercules!" It made me laugh so hard I think I nearly fainted.
