I love my new book!

I just bought the New Rules of Lifting for Women.

I'm really enjoying this book, especially the more in depth information about metabolism and energy usage. It's a great addition to the first book.

I expected it to be more focused on women than it is, but I really like it. I think men as well as women can benefit from it, which is, I think, what the authors intended.

Has anyone else gotten this book yet?

Not having read the book, how do you think men can benefit from ' New Rules of Lifting for Women ' exactly ?

There's a lot more in this book about the metabolism and the importance of diet than there was in the first book. Not all of the information in the book applies solely to women. I was able to benefit from the first book, ant it was written for men. There are also many meal plans that men, as well as women, can eat.
