A) Eat more

> No seriously, you don't eat enough and your genes have sweet FA to do with it

Fat guys looking to lose weight and 'tone up'
A) Eat less and train more
> No, you don't eat as much as everyone else, that's why you're fat
> No seriously, you eat too much and don't exercise enough
> No, your genetics don't make you fat, food does
> Fat loss pills and surgery are not the solution
> Just eat less and get your fat ass in a gym
I'm a women that wants to be 'toned' but not too big, ya know what I mean?
A) You have very low Testosterone levels, you won't get big. Eat well and mix cardio with weight training to improve body comp.

> No, rice crakers with low fat cheese does not constitute a healthy balanced diet
