Haven't posted for a week or so, just been at the F1 racing for 4 days, constant drinking, smoking, sniffing, and eating burgers. Now it's time to detox my f**king body.
This forum has to pick up, i can't believe how sh1t it's got. I hate the fact that there's few experienced and knowlegable people anymore. I like what Typhon put, as he has a point
I even joined a new fitness forum, not as many members as here but a LOT more active. Had some decent people there, unfortunately i have recently been banned from the site
I'm still alive, just got a bit bored of trying to answer the same questions over and over again so took a bit of a break.
I think I should start an FAQ section of the site:
Skinny guys looking to gain muscle -
A) Eat more
> No, you don't eat a lot
> No seriously, you don't eat enough and your genes have sweet FA to do with it
> Just eat like Oprah, lift heavy and stop whining bitch
Fat guys looking to lose weight and 'tone up'
A) Eat less and train more
> No, you don't eat as much as everyone else, that's why you're fat
> No seriously, you eat too much and don't exercise enough
> No, your genetics don't make you fat, food does
> Fat loss pills and surgery are not the solution
> Just eat less and get your fat ass in a gym
I'm a women that wants to be 'toned' but not too big, ya know what I mean?
A) You have very low Testosterone levels, you won't get big. Eat well and mix cardio with weight training to improve body comp.
> No, you can lift weights, your body doesn't have the required T levels to turn you into a bodybuilder overnight
> No, rice crakers with low fat cheese does not constitute a healthy balanced diet

Hmm I'm surprised BTW got booted off another site unless he signed onto a female forum and then forgot & made a pass at one of the lasses on their. Pretty much anything goes on fitness/bb sites.
